Callbox wanted their brand to represent the approachable, customer-centric company they were launching. Implementing bright colors, playful icons and friendly fonts allowed the founder’s intentions to permeate through every element.
The platform needed to be an extension of the company and feel as though someone was walking you through the process. The challenge was to make sure the guidance wouldn’t get in the way, but rather make the flow feel effortless.
The web app was the first digital exploration of the brand. The overall feel was a balance between modern and friendly. The clean layout alongside the playful patterns and helpful graphics kept the platform on-brand while still creating a straightforward interface.
The platform’s responsive design allowed the site to adapt to a variety of screens and ensure a positive experience regardless of device.
Concierge storage would be a fairly new offering to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, so the website needed to give potential customers a clear understanding of what it is, how it works and Callbox’s specific offerings.
Callbox initially launched in Dallas and has since expanded to Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and Phoenix. Even while rapidly scaling the business they continue to provide the best possible service and receive consistently positive reviews from their customers.
