The “Through Customers Eyes” concept tells the story of one user, providing a real-life example of just how powerful Adwords can be. It features not only the range of places people are searching, but also highlights specific features that make finding businesses a breeze.
The initial concept told the story of one mom planning her child’s birthday. Through the use of photo panels and supporting text, a powerful and relatable story was told on how small features can make a big impact.
This personal story was a jumping off point and the complete campaign could be extended to tell a variety of different stories to better relate to an assortment of businesses.
